"I've had a few challenges with my Landings place this summer (the A/C went out and it is only a year old)  I had the place sprayed for bugs at the end of June and the treatment was inside and out and supposed to last a year. Kathy was delivering some furniture and not only discovered the A/C outage but also found some red stains on my new tile. She was so nice and cleaned up the marks with bleach, was there when the A/C man came for repairs, and even contacted my bug guy to followup on the red stains. Turns out the stains are due to a centipede that is coming because of all the rain Sarasota has had. I don't know what I would have done without Kathy and now have hired her at $100 a month to check on the place once a week. She is obviously going above and beyond just checking on things and I would trust her with my life. The money is so worth my peace of mind and it is going to a great person."
