Visits to the home, interior and exterior to monitor the following:
--Air conditioner and de-humidifier settings
--Check and run faucets, toilets, baths, etc. and check for visible leaks
--Visually inspect for presence of mold/mildew
--Verify door and window security
--Check pool cage and screen enclosures
--Visually inspect for rodent or pest infestation
--Newspaper, mail, & flyer retrieval
--Yard & pool service being performed
--Care and water indoor plants
--Refrigerator, appliances, water heaters in working order
--Before storm preparation and after storm damage assessment
--Specific requests per household |
