What areas of Sarasota do you cover?

Our territory includes all of Sarasota, including Longboat Key to Casey Key.

What do you charge?

Our fee is $25 a trip for routine maintenance checks. If additional trips are required or requested, they will be billed at $25 per trip unless extended hours are required.

How often should our home be checked?

We can come as little or as often as you would like.  Whether weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month.  It's up to you! We recommend a weekly visit. Damage to homes or condos can happen at any time and if the problem is not found and corrected, it can lead to further damage. Some examples include mold res ulting from water leaks or ruined floors/walls from a busted water heater. Florida’s humid and stormy climate can create air control issues that if are left unchecked, can result in costly damages to your Sarasota investment.

What happens when you discover a problem?
